What is it?

Hypnotherapy essentially combines the state of hypnosis with therapy. We go in and out of states of hypnosis every day, where our "auto-pilot" takes over. Hypnotherapy allows you to naturally get into this calm and relaxed state where your auto-pilot can take over, so the therapist can help change those buried ways of thinking or being.
